We've settled on the weekend of 21/22 October 2006 for the next Monroe Akaflieg. We'll be laying up the left side of the fuselage mold, and probably doing some more work on the HP-24 winglets.
Brad recently had an interesting visitor to his shop - on 6 October a small raptor (later identified as a female Sharp-Shinned Hawk) swooped into his shop and crashed into a window. Fortunately, the bird was only stunned, and after collecting its wits for a few minutes it flew off.
