Just some new pictures of the hand-carved fuselage plug fillets under construction:
The pen-plotted slice outlines cut out and glued to 1/2" slabs of Divynicell H60. Note the crosshairs for the stacking axes locations. Note also the cut-away portions of the airfoil shape where our fuselage topo map predicts intersection with the fuselage contour.
The slices bandsawed (bandsawn?) to outline, and organized into righties and lefties. Note that they're also bored for the stacking axes.
Here, Mrs. Buettner (I think) positions and glues the slices onto their stacking axes.
